Alison Gibbard
I am extremely proud to have worked my way up to being a Miglio Team Leader, helping other like minded women achieve their individual successes in their own business! My career has always involved working with and managing teams of people, both in the hospitality industry in Africa and in the Security industry in the UK. Being a team leader is both challenging and extremely rewarding, using the knowledge and experience gained since I started my own Miglio business in 2009. I enjoy supporting new consultants as they start up, develop and grow their own Miglio businesses. Our Lincolnshire team is fairly new and we call ourselves “Simply Stunning” exactly like the jewellery!! We meet once a month to discuss, style, laugh and support, making great friends as we go along. My Miglio career has created the perfect business for me: Wearing simply stunning jewellery every day, meeting new people all the time, working the hours I want to work, building a network of hostesses and events not only in Lincolnshire, but elsewhere too, setting myself challenges and goals and of course earning an income! My aim now is to help other people achieve the same! I look forward to welcoming many new consultants to our team in the future.
